1. Introduction
Welcome to MboaPlay. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including movie producers, artists, and skit makers who upload and sell content on MboaPlay.

2. Account and Submission Fees
– Submission Fee: Each content submission incurs a fee of 10,000 XAF (Central African CFA Francs). This fee is non-refundable.
– Commission: MboaPlay charges a 23% commission on each sale, inclusive of taxes.

3. Content Rights and Responsibilities
– Content Ownership: Content providers retain 100% ownership rights to their content.
– Original Content: All submitted content must be original. MboaPlay is not responsible for any copyright issues. Content providers are liable for any infringement claims.
– Content Removal: Content providers may request the removal of their content from MboaPlay after a period of two years from the date of submission.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals
– Dashboard Access: Content providers will have access to a dashboard where they can track their earnings.
– Withdrawal Requests: Providers can request withdrawals of their earnings through the dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with MboaPlay’s payment schedule and policies.

5. Termination
– Contract Termination: Content providers can terminate their contract with MboaPlay by requesting the removal of their content after the minimum period of two years.
– Platform Termination: MboaPlay reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Liability
– Content Responsibility: Content providers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
– Platform Liability: MboaPlay is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the platform or the sale of content.

7. Changes to Terms
MboaPlay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
